Same-day dispatch Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day.

Shipping cost Free on orders over 100 SAR within Saudi Arabia. Below 100 SAR, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Carrier SMSA Express. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

International delivery We ship outside Saudi Arabia. Cost and delivery time vary by destination contact us for a quote before ordering.

Returns

Window 15 days from delivery.

Condition Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Products showing signs of installation or use cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return Email info@tefco.ai or message WhatsApp +966 55 304 4161 with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps.

Return shipping For change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. For faulty or incorrectly supplied items, TEFCO covers it.

Refunds Processed to the original payment method within 15 days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Items we cannot accept back

Products installed, wired in, or with tamper seals broken
Single-use data loggers once activated
Custom-configured or pre-configured items ordered to your specification
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Warranty

All products carry a two-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Making a claim Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video if relevant. Warranty claims are processed within 30 days.

Not covered Damage from incorrect installation, water ingress beyond the product's stated IP rating, voltage outside the stated operating range, physical damage, or unauthorized modification.
