Tzone Digital LoRaWAN 4G Gateway (Model RD07-4G)

The Tzone Digital RD07-4G is a professional-grade, long-range communication gateway designed to be the central hub of an industrial Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring network. It leverages LoRaWAN technology for ultra-long-range, low-power data acquisition from wireless sensors, and provides highly reliable data transmission to your cloud platform using 4G cellular connectivity.

  • LoRaWAN Central Hub: Dedicated to receiving data from Tzone's LoRa temperature and humidity sensors, capable of managing up to 100 sensor tags simultaneously.

  • Ultra-Long Range: LoRa technology enables a maximum communication distance of up to 5 kilometers (in open areas), making it perfect for monitoring large farms, industrial parks, cold storage facilities, and widespread assets.

  • Global 4G Cellular Transmission: Utilizes reliable 4G (GPRS) cellular technology for data backhaul to the cloud server, ensuring connectivity even where traditional wired networks (like Wi-Fi/LAN) are unavailable. It also supports 2G fallback for global use.

  • Interface Flexibility: Features RS485 and Modbus-RTU interfaces, allowing it to integrate seamlessly with existing industrial control and data acquisition systems.

  • Emergency Power: Includes a built-in rechargeable backup battery (3.7V/850mAh), ensuring the gateway remains operational and continues to collect data during power interruptions.

  • Alarm Integration: Provides comprehensive alarm functionality, including SMS alarms, sound and light alarms, and GPRS/Cloud alarms, triggered by temperature/humidity deviations or low battery levels in connected sensors.

  • Industrial Durability: Built with a metal shell and designed for an operating temperature range of -20c to  +60c offering stability and resistance to high pressure in rugged environments.

  • Global Frequency Support: Available with multiple RF frequency options (433/470/868/915MHz) to comply with local regulations worldwide.
