Accessibility statement

We want every buyer — including those using a screen reader, keyboard only, or a phone in bright Riyadh sun — to be able to find a part, check stock and place an order without help. We treat accessibility problems as bugs, not enhancements.

tefco.sa targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We test against it at each release and record known gaps below rather than claiming full conformance.

Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring. Body text sits at 14px minimum and passes 4.5:1 contrast against its background. Product images carry descriptive alternative text with the model number. Forms label every field, describe errors in words rather than colour alone, and move focus to the first error on submit. The site works at 200% zoom and reflows to a single column at 320px. Arabic pages render right-to-left with correct bidirectional numerals.

We record what we know falls short, with what we are doing about it:

• Some secondary text (captions, helper text, metadata) is set in a grey that measures 3.62:1 against white, below the 4.5:1 required at that size. We are reassigning those uses to a darker tone.
• Some older datasheet PDFs are scanned images without a text layer — being re-issued brand by brand.
• The product comparison table uses proper row and column headers inside a keyboard-focusable scrolling region, but we have not yet verified it with a screen reader. If you hit trouble there, tell us and we will prioritise it.

NVDA and JAWS on Windows with Chrome and Edge, VoiceOver on macOS Safari and iOS, TalkBack on Android Chrome, Dragon voice control, and keyboard-only navigation on every release.
