1. About these terms

Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. Products and specifications

We describe products using manufacturer-supplied information. Specifications, firmware, and packaging may change without notice. Images are illustrative.

If a technical specification is critical to your application, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals. VAT at 15% is applied at checkout.

We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Where a price is materially incorrect we will contact you before processing, and you may cancel without charge.

Payment is taken at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown there.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not at the point of checkout. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, pricing was incorrect, or payment or delivery details cannot be verified.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are set out in our Delivery, Returns & Exchanges page.

6. Returns and warranty

Our Delivery, Returns & Exchanges page forms part of these terms. Products carry a two-year warranty from delivery, subject to the exclusions stated there.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profit, vehicle downtime, or cargo loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
