FAQ
Is this a 4G LTE Cat 4 gateway?
No. The TRB255 uses LTE Cat M1 and NB-IoT, which are low-power IoT networks with lower speeds than regular 4G. It is designed for small amounts of data, such as meter readings and sensor data, not for internet browsing or video.
Will it work with my SIM card?
Your mobile operator must support LTE Cat M1 or NB-IoT in your area. Please check with your operator or contact us before ordering.
Can I connect older serial devices?
Yes. It has both RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces.
